BEFORE YOU PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU MUST AGREE TO OUR TERMS, WHICH INCLUDES YOUR GUARANTEE THAT YOU HAVE CHECKED WITH YOUR LOCAL LAWS AND THAT THOSE LOCAL LAWS ALLOW YOU TO PURCHASE AND RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU PURCHASE. BY PURCHASING, YOU ARE GUARANTEEING YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH YOUR LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LAW(s). 

DISCLAIMER: By purchasing from Pistol Pete's Firearms, you confirm that you are of appropriate age to purchase firearms and/or ammunition and there are no local, state or federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing, receiving or owning firearms and/or ammunition.

Terms and Conditions:

All customers must agree to Pistol Pete's Firearms statements and terms of sale before an order is placed. All orders are subject to review and approval by Pistol Pete's Firearms. For orders over $5,000.00 please call ahead and get approval from Pistol Pete's Firearms.

Customer Affirms:

• I am currently 21 years old or older if purchasing handgun ammunition or a handgun, or eighteen 18 years or older (21 in Florida) if purchasing rifle ammunition or a rifle.
• By selling or delivering ammunition or a firearm to me or my selected Federal Firearms Licensed Store (FFL), Pistol Pete's Firearms is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of law of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over a year.
• I am not a fugitive from justice of any kind.
• I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
• I have not been adjudicated as mentally ill and I have not been committed to any mental institution of any kind.
• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
• I have never been nor am I expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions of any kind.
• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
• I am currently not subject to any restraining order.
• I have never been nor am I expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence.
• I will use products purchased from Pistol Pete's Firearms for lawful purposes only.

Pistol Pete's Firearms does not ship outside the United States.

The following additional restrictions apply:

We cannot ship ammunition to a PO Box. 

All firearms must ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer. 

AK/P.R./V.I.: Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping to these locations. 

HI: No ammo and only magazines with no more than 10 round capacity.

CA: No Magazines Over 10 Rounds. Must ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer, provided we have their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to Pete@pistolpetesfirearms.com. Order as you normally would using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL dealer. 

CT: Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping to this location. 

FL: State requires buyers of all firearms to be at least 21 years old, must ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer. 

IL: We must ship to companies registered as an FFL dealer, and we will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to Pete@pistolpetesfirearms.com. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL dealer. Also, for most parts of IL we require a FOID OR Concealed Carry Permit, AND a Driver’s License OR State ID, one of which must match your shipping address. For Chicago, Chicago Heights, Ciciero, Evanston, Norridge, Schaumburg, and Thornton.

MA: We must ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to Pete@pistolpetesfirearms.com. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL dealer.

MD: No magazines over 10 rounds.

NJ: No magazines over 10 rounds. We require a New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification Card, valid Permit to Purchase a Handgun (valid for 90 days), OR a valid Permit to Carry a Handgun (valid for 2 years), AND a Driver’s License OR State ID faxed &/or emailed to us on file BEFORE we can ship an ammunition order. Please have it emailed to Pete@pistolpetesfirearms.com.

NY: We must ship to companies in NY registered as an FFL dealer, OR Keeper or Seller of Ammunition. We will need a copy of their License on file BEFORE we can ship an ammunition order. Please have it emailed to Pete@pistolpetesfirearms.com. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL dealer or Keeper or Seller of Ammunition. No magazines over 10 rounds.

VT: No handgun magazines over 15 rounds.  No long gun magazines over 10 rounds. 

Washington DC: Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping to this location. 

We do not ship to any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law(s) to ship a product. You also understand that if you attempt to have a product shipped to these restricted areas, your order will be canceled and you will be subject to paying a 20% cancellation fee.

Modifications & Cancellations:

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have processed through the system.

If a firearm is returned by your selected FFL dealer to Pistol Pete's Firearms for any reason (i.e. Failed background check or firearm is not allowed in state or municipality) you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once a firearm is transferred from the FFL to the buyer, there are no returns allowed.

Order Cancellation by Pistol Pete's Firearms:

Pistol Pete's Firearms reserves the right to cancel any order. In the event that we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount of the purchase.

Agreement to Indemnify and Defend for Misrepresentation:

In the event that any of the above statements are determined to be untrue, You agree to indemnify and defend Pistol Pete's Firearms, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against anything resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.

Assumption of Shipping Liability:

Pistol Pete's Firearms ships through USPS (Non Ammo items), FedEx and UPS for all Firearms and Ammunition. Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release Pistol Pete's Firearms from all liability and responsibility thereafter.

Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend:

Pistol Pete's Firearms is a retailer of dangerous products. By placing an order with Pistol Pete's Firearms, I explicitly agree to release Pistol Pete's Firearms from any and all liability arising from or related to the products purchased to include but not limited to the use of the product, the storage of the product, and the transportation of the product.

You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for how the product is used by you and by any other party. In the event that any other party files a claim of any kind against Pistol Pete's Firearms, you will indemnify and pay to defend Pistol Pete's Firearms, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against anything resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.

Errors and Omissions:

While Pistol Pete's Firearms makes every effort to have accurate and complete information on our site, including but not limited to pricing, availability, and product features, we occasionally make mistakes.

Customer agrees that they will not hold Pistol Pete's Firearms liable for such mistakes or omissions and acknowledges that orders may be canceled after the fact due to errors or omissions. See “Order Cancellation by Pistol Pete's Firearms” for more information.

Sales Tax:

Pistol Pete's Firearms makes every effort to calculate accurate sales tax in accordance with all state and local taxing jurisdictions.

In certain circumstances, the sales tax calculated just prior to final check out may be slightly different from the final sales tax calculated during the credit card settlement process.

This, in certain rare circumstances, may result in a small difference between the tax displayed just prior to placing the order and the final tax calculated and included in your credit card settlement.

Jurisdiction:

In the event that I choose to file a complaint against Pistol Pete's Firearms or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees, I agree that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Dallas, Texas.

I agree that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately terminated and moved to a court within Dallas, Texas and I agree to reimburse Pistol Pete's Firearms and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint or effecting its removal until such time that the complaint is properly filed within a court located within Dallas, Texas.

Modification of Terms:

Pistol Pete's Firearms reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Mobile Terms & Conditions:

By subscribing to each of Pistol Pete's Firearms mobile messaging programs, you agree to receive auto-dialed marketing messages (text messages) to the telephone number used at the time of opt-in and have met the minimum age requirement of 21 years old. Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Terms & Conditions are subject to change. The mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
